Everyone says you can make good money with Google AdSense, but what if you are a total newbie? A lot of newbies give up after discovering that most tutorials and how-to manuals are written for people who already know something about internet marketing.
Typical make-money tutorials, especially AdSense guides, are made for people who already know something about the subject. The author, at some point, talks about something she just figures everybody already knows, and the fact is, you do not know it; and everything after that point, is more or less, gibberish
So, let us change all that starting right now: What is AdSense? You may have heard the terms Google AdWords and AdSense a lot, and you probably have an idea that they both can be used to make money. You may be under the impression that you first have to spend money to get them, before you can begin to use them to make money.
AdSense and AdWords are different sides of the same coin. We are interested in the AdSense side, in large part, because it is free. Free, as in, 100%, totally free. Still, you should know that AdWords are ads that people pay for, whenever they get clicked, (and never when they are not clicked.) Google takes some of the money they make from AdWords customers and shares it with their AdSense users, (which hopefully, will include you.)
Right now you may be scratching your head, pondering, if Google does not charge you for this, but they pay you, what exactly is it that you do for them to deserve the money? You put AdWords on your blog or website. A free blogger blog takes no skill to set up and maybe 5 minutes of your time. You do need to fill in the content, but there are ways to acquire that completely free, too.
