Jacob K. The applicants who are pursuing their course in the foreign institution are not eligible.
Javit fellows are eligible to receive loan, grant and work assistance in accordance to the Section 484 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended and students previously recipient of Javits fellowship are ineligible.
